Grinding Standards

 

• Finish grinding of chrome plated, EN and heat treated spools
• Sizes from 0.50″ to 1.125″ on diameter
• Lengths from 3.5″ to 15″
• ± .00004′ and .0001″ total on grind diameter (same costing structure)
• ± .00003″ on grind diameter capability (cost adder)
• We take great produce in providing a “one size” spool
• Grind 1-3 undercut grind on spool if required
